Lacrosse the Nations Fall Festival a Success!

Lacrosse the Nations Fall Festival

The 3rd Annual Lacrosse the Nations Fall Festival was a huge success.  The Ohio and Kentucky lacrosse community joined together for one day to give back to others in need around the world.  Nearly $7,000 was raised through hundreds of participants and supportive fans during the October 7th event.  The day featured a fun filled festival combined with new skills learned.  Participants competed in several events including the Hunger Games dodge ball, dunk tank, fastest shot, accurate shot, sharks and minnows, smashing pumpkins, parent push up contest and numerous raffles for the latest STX equipment.

The lacrosse community has been incredibly generous to Lacrosse the Nations allowing 100% of the funds raised during the event to go directly to the organization.  Special thanks to the individuals and organizations who donated time, money and items to support this event.  The organizations and people include:

Resolute Lacrosse, Greg Bice, Anthony Kelly, Resolute Athletic Complex, STX, Midwest Lacrosse, Ohio Machine, The Ohio State University Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse Team, Mt Dew, Gatorade, US Lacrosse, Red Hot Food Truck, Donatos Pizza, Columbus Car and Audio, Power 107.5 Radio Station, Clay Hall- Channel 6 WSYX ABC Sports, Top Cheddah!, US Lacrosse,  Columbus Sports Commission, Columbus Car and Audio,  and the countless volunteers who helped make this day a success.
